2016 Summer Jam Lineup Features Big Sean, Bryson Tiller, Young Thug and More

Nothing says hip-hop in the summer time like Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam concert, and Friday (April 8) marks the time of the year in which the New York radio station announces it’s star-studded line-up. Less a concrete set list and more a roster of expected performers, the Summer Jam line-up spans multiple styles this year, with New York and other regions well-represented.

Taking the 2016 Summer Jam Stadium Stage this year will be, Big Sean, Bryson Tiller, Young Thug, A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Kid Ink, Pusha T and the G.O.O.D. Music family, DJ Khaled and friends and Tinashe. Combined sets for acts like Rocky and Ferg are to be expected, with the full docket of Summer Jam festivities running nine hours last year.

The Stadium Stage line-up announcement comes the same week the Festival Stage, the pre-show to the arena-filling main event, was announced. Performing beforehand will be Chance the Rapper, Tory Lanez,Curren$y, Desiigner, Post Malone, Dave East, Justine Skye, Dougie F and Rotimi.
Last year’s Stadium Stage included sets by Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, Trey Songz and more. Summer Jam 2016 will take place on June 5th at MetLife Stadium, with tickets going on sale tomorrow (April 9) at 12 p.m. EST. Tickets will also be available at the MetLife Stadium Box Office beginning Monday, April 11 at 11 a.m., but will not be sold at the stadium the day of the event.
